We are very glad to inform all of you that the request of Argentina to participate to the COST action ES0903 EUROSPEC has been approved!
You can read the reciprocal agreement between COST and Argentina here
We welcome Dr Carlos Marcelo DI BELLA from the Instituto de Clima y Agua – INTA Castelar and we look forward to work togheter.
