COST Action ES0903

COST Action ES0903 includes the following activities:

• Enhancing and enlarging the European spectral sampling network
• Instruments intercalibration and measurements issues
• Testing a new narrow-band reflectance sensor-instruments
• Exploring innovative strategies to upscale ecosystem measurements

In order to carry out these activities, 4 Working Groups have been established:

WG1) Network: state of the art of the optical sampling networks, protocol definition

WG2) Intercomparison: Instrument characterisation, standardisation, intercalibration andmeasurement protocol issues

WG3) New instruments: new instruments development

WG4) Upscaling: scaling Biophysical Parameters (BP) and fluxes from the ecosystem at upper levels
